The service provided consist in creation and distribution of a digital goods.
All commissions and WIPs are for personal nonprofit use only. Commercial / business / merch inquiries are subject to additional charge.

Work Process:

  1. I accept payment upfront (via PayPal invoices, in United States Dollar (USD), but only after we have discussed the concept and reached an agreement with your vision.

  • I may ask for extra fees if a character is particularly complex in design (heavy armor, futuristic, etc.).

  1. The client is advised to have a reference sheet / inspiration board or a reference of supplemental images. Simple doodles work as well, and are VERY helpful! More images = more accuracy!

  • If you are providing inaccurate/outdated reference sheets, please describe the parts that need to be changed before I start to work on your commission. Otherwise any further revisions may be subject to extra fees to make up for the time used for major corrections.

  1. Each commission may take up to 14 days between payment and first Work In Progress (WIP), and following updates around once a week for large-scaled/complex illustrations.

  • Please inform me immediately if you have a deadline for your commission. If needed within 14 days, I can prioritize your commission for an extra fee of 30% the base price.

  1. I will only accept two revisions for free, one during the sketch, and the second for the final work. Please try grouping corrections in one list, this allows me to work on them faster and more efficiently.

  • Any mistakes on my end are corrected for free. Otherwise, additional fees may apply for multiple revisions.

  1. After every approval stage, the composition is final. Any changes will result in extra fees beginning at $5 for minor changes (expressions, resizing, slight color corrections), to fees beginning at $10 for major changes (redrawing an item, adding a major object, multiple color corrections).

  1. I only provide files in .JPG and .PNG format. If you need a particular size format, let me know before starting your commission. I do NOT provide .CLIP or .PSD files.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to save and preserve the commissioned work, as there is no guarantee it will stay on the internet or my hard drive forever.

Refunds/Cancellation:

  • UPDATE (10.06.2022) : due to technical reasons currently i'm unable to provide a refund. Please consider this before taking a commission.

  • A full refund is possible only if the work with your commission has not started and approximately 14 days have passed since the last correspondence.

  • I will also refund in full if something happens on my part that makes it impossible for me to continue the work.

  • Once the sketch is approved, refunds will only apply in part, starting at 50%.

  • I will not refund if the client is not satisfied with the finished work, as all the changes made during the process were approved.

  • Should a client begin to harass me in any way or form, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund partially, with the remaining funds as compensation for wasted time/any emotional damage that may have occurred.

Rights and Usage:

  • Unless officially negotiated, I retain rights to the artwork produced, including distribution, printing, re-uploading, and editing.

  • I reserve the right to upload work to my social platforms, or portfolio. If you have a scheduled date for it to be posted, or would like to be named anonymous, please let me know prior to commissioning!

  • The client retains rights to any original characters they own.

  • As the client, you are free to use the final image in any personal use such as printing, re-uploading, using as profile pictures, stickers, etc., provided it is non-profit and non-commercial use.

  • I would be very grateful if you credit me as the artist and link back to my social media.
